A Bequest or Planned gift is a heartfelt gift which ensures your legacy lives on, for generations to come.

There are several ways your can contribute to Rainforest Conservation Foundation through a bequest or planned gift, including:

  • Leaving a nominated amount from your estate

  • Leaving a nominated portion/fixed percentage of your estate

Below is the appropriate language you will need to include if you are creating a bequest plan.

“I give and bequeath unto Rainforest Conservation Foundation, a charitable non-profit organisation recognised under section 30-15, Item 1 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 with Australian Business Number 44 073 434 563, Australian Company Number 073 434 563, incorporated in Queensland on the 27th of March 1996, and having it’s principal office at 2274 Cape Tribulation Road, Diwan QLD 4873, the sum of $_____ (or _____% of my estate) to be used for its general purpose of protecting threatened rainforests and saving endangered wildlife.”
