With a long career in environmental management, Charlie has managed large-scale rural environmental improvement programs, which invested millions into improved technologies for on-farm and regional environmental improvement, to support farms, districts, and regions as they adopt new ideas to improve the environmental viability.

Charlie has also worked as a Company Secretary and Governance Advisor to organisations in the agricultural and rural industries as well as aged care, health, education, and research with assets ranging from $10k to $1.2 billion.
