THE PEOPLE

David has many years of hands-on agricultural experience, managing wildlife reserves and actively working to raise and manage funds for several conservation and land management activities.

He has served on several boards in his career, including 25 years on the Raine Island Corporation, of which he was a founder member. He was later appointed as one of the trustees for the Quinkan Reserves Trust by the Queensland Government and he served for many years until it was disbanded and handed over to the Agnara People of Cape York.

David has also been awarded the Paul Harris Fellowship for service to the community, he is an avid wildlife photographer and birder, and his particular interests are the sustainable utilisation of the wilderness and conservation education of our youth.
