PLANT A MEMORY TREE

Memory Trees are a symbol of remembrance of someone who has passed. They are a living legacy to honour their life.

  • Honouring the Memory of Those We Love

Memory Trees are a meaningful way to honour the lives of the people we love after they have passed away.

The team at the Rainforest Conservation Foundation understand the heartache experienced by those who have lost loved ones, and it is from this empathy we established the Memory Tree Program which offers grieving families an opportunity to create a living memory, a living legacy, to honour the lives of their loved ones.

The program offers two unique options in honour of someone’s passing which can be discussed in more detail with our Program Manager. These options are:

  • Purchase a tree from our nursery and donate it so it may be planted in our Memory Garden at our Conservation Headquarters located in the Daintree Rainforest,

  • Incorporate the ashes of a loved one into the soil of a newly planted tree at our Conservation Headquarters located in the Daintree Rainforest.
